COOKIES

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are downloaded onto the Service User’s terminal equipment and intended for use on the Website. Such files usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity that places cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and gains access to them is the Service Operator or the cooperating entities.

  7. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities of the Website.
  8. Cookies are downloaded into the Service User’s terminal equipment and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator, as well as payment operators.

  2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis that the processing is necessary for purposes deriving from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
  3. The legitimate interests pursued by the Controller are offering web design services to customers and maintaining customers on the servers.
  4. Personal data obtained in the course of order processing may, to the extent strictly necessary, be made available to the following categories of entities:
  5. subcontractors, i.e. entities we use for order processing (cooperating transport companies);
    b. business partners whose offers complement our offers (manufacturing, trading, transport, logistic, shipping companies, service providers)

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to: – request the Controller to access your personal data, – request the Controller to rectify your personal data, – request the Controller to erase your personal data, – request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data, – object to the processing of your personal data, – transfer your personal data, – lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
