OUR REQUIREMENTS

– Class 1 driving licence (C+E)
– Good health and ability to perform physical work
– Truck driving experience, especially in long-distance or specialised transport
– Knowledge of road and safety regulations
– Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to delivery schedules
– Cleaning up the vehicle
– Loading and unloading, and supervision of unloading
– Day-to-day servicing of vehicles and trailers

OUR REQUIREMENTS

– Acquisition of new customers through prospecting activities (cold calling, cold mailing)
– Daily cooperation with subcontractors and customers on orders performance
– Providing high quality of transport services and professional support to current customers
– Organising cooperation with carriers, building partnerships relations, and acquiring new transport partners for cooperation
– Negotiating and preparing commercial offers
– Knowledge of the TSL services market, previous relations with customers and subcontractors highly desirable
– Quick in acting
– Very good organisation of work, reliability, team player
– Commercial and negotiating skills would be an advantage
– Commitment, self-reliance and a goal-oriented approach
– Good command of English, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage (German, French)

OUR REQUIREMENTS

– coordination of logistic operations
– developing optimal routes for vehicles, taking into account various factors such as distance, travel time, road restrictions and customer priorities
– planning delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders
– monitoring the location and availability of vehicles and assigning suitable routes and tasks to drivers
– fast decision-making and response to plan changes, such as roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns or urgent orders
– Careful record-keeping and reporting on fuel consumption, drivers working hours and other key performance indicators
– regular contact with the customer and informing the customer about the service progress
– solving customers’ problems and answering their questions
